I called Josh on Monday, and he walked me through reconnecting,  including unstalling the app & reinstall.  He was very patient. Josh was awesome! The Wifi is reconnected.  I'm very grateful to Josh. I was having a problem with my app for the basement defender, so I called them to help me.  I explained the issue I was having and they helped me resolve it, explaining step by step to walk me through everything.
